Learning about yourself can be hard work, but you don’t have to do it alone.

It’s okay to be unsure where to start.

That’s where I come in! I don’t have all of the answers, but I can support you in finding yours. My job is to provide you or your child the space to figure out what you need.

“You can’t pour from an empty cup.”

This is one of my favorite sayings. If we don’t take the time and make the effort to take care of ourselves, we can’t possibly take care of others. Life is full of people for us to support — kids, partners, friends, the list goes on. Even if the reason you start is to better support others, therapy can be beneficial in helping you find ways to refill your cup.

Therapy is meant to be a safe space where a person can be their true self without fear of judgement.
